Adobe stock has a free trial. You have the option to continue paying monthly after the trial ends. What they don't tell you (I've enclosed the screens below) is that they sign you up for an annual subscription. If you try to cancel after that, you have to pay a termination fee. How do I cancel the subscription and get a refund? I've never seen anything like this before with any other company. I've been using Adobe products for over 30 years.

It appears this bait/switch has been going on for years and has not been fixed. You all did the same to me. There's nothing in the purchase windows about an annual contract. How do I get ahold of your customer service group to cancel this and get my money back? I've enclosed the purchase screens as attachments. Can you please show me where it clearly says you are purchasing an annual subscription?

They got me too! I used the free trial and decided to continue it month by month (like ALL other software products do) I decided to cancel after a few months and was notified that I had been switched to an ANNUAL contract and that I have to pay over $100 to cancel. I've never had this happen with any software product. It's clear now that this is an issue that has been going on for a long time and it doesn't appear Adobe cares to fix it. I'll try to take this through their customer support group. However, if I see I'm getting jerked around like all you have been, I'll take it to the better business bureau and make sure I add to your voices on the web.

I used the free trial of Adobe Stock. I kept it, allowing Adobe to charge me month-by-month. I decided that, after this month, I am not going to need it anymore. I looked into deactivating it and I got a message that I will have to pay over $100 to cancel it (?!) How did I end up with an annual contract?

I just purchased stylize standard addition. It appears to be exactly the same as stylize! free edition. How do I get my money back? I'm not sure why I should pay for the same software as is available for free. There doesn't seem to be a link anywhere on the Adobe site for human-based support.

I'd like to use the Puzzle plugin on one of my photos, but none of the plugins appear on the plugin panel. I've manually copied the .atn files to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\Components\Plugins folder, but that doesn't seem to do anything. Any help appreciated! 🙂

I'd like to be able to press a button and bring up usersave prompt with a suggested filename based on fields in the form. I'm not sure how to do this in JavaScript. The pathname shouldn't be included as the user will probably have a favorite directory they usually save their files in. Any idea how to do that?

I've got two laptops - both with Adobe Pro XI installed. Last night, I created a document action called Script1 so I could run some initialization scripts when the doc is first opened. Things worked fine - no problems. Today, I opened the PDF on the other laptop. When I went into the document actions, Script1 was not there. However, it appears that the action is still running when I open the document. I can't modify any of the actions that are in the list. And if i create a new Document action, double clicking on the action does not open a javascrip window. Any idea what could be going on?

Thanks! How do I get into "Prepare Form Mode?" Under tools, there's Forms - and under that there is Create, Edit, Distribute, and More. More contains Highlight, Clear, Import, Export, and Merge Data Files into spreadsheet.

I've got a radio button and a text field. If somebody clicks "Red" on the radio button, I'd like the text field to be greyed out and disabled. If they click "Blue" on the radio button, then the text field should look normal and be enabled for writing. How do I access the code for the radio button (mouseup event?) to make this happen?
